EMILY?s List is a political action committee working to help elect pro-choice Democratic women to office with over one million members in its community. EMILY?s List is supporting an unprecedented 11 Senate candidates in the upcoming election – one third of the open seats. EMILY?s List raised $38.5 million in the 2009-2010 election cycle. Why should I intern at EMILY?s List? Interns have the opportunity to do substantive work, while gaining in-depth experience in the political sector. EMILY?s List offers full- and part-time internships in the following departments: Communications Development * Major Gifts * Majority Council * Marketing Executive Office Finance/Administration New Media Political * Campaign Services/Training * Political Opportunities Program (POP) Research WOMEN VOTE! Applicant Requirements: Because of the crucial role interns play in our organization, we ask that applicants have excellent written and oral communication skills.
