| Description: | Women's reproductive rights are under attack. We have seen a small group of men testify on what is best for millions of U.S. women (and their bodies) in Congress. They have tried to slash and cut reproductive healthcare funding - a direct attack on women's rights. So, what can one person do? Well- it is time to stand up and say that enough is enough and to fight back for the basic rights of approximately 51% of the total U.S. population. Take on the responsibility of running a field campaign for women's rights. Or, work on other progressive issues such as environmental protections, child advocacy, and human rights by applying to become an Assistant Campaign Director with Grassroots Campaigns. If qualified, you would take on the responsibility and leadership needed to run a field campaign in one of our offices across the nation. Be the change you want to see in the U.S. by working with Grassroots Campaigns this election season. If hired, you would recruit your own team members for field organizing and canvassing, learn the skills to keep accurate record keeping for future grassroots organizing, and lead your staff by example through canvassing yourself on these crucial, progressive social issues.
