|Description:||Catholics for Choice is searching for an organized and passionate professional to work with the Operations Manager in coordinating the inner workings of the office and executive team. This post focuses on the support of the President and Executive Vice President as it relates to maintaining their schedules, travel arrangements and correspondence. Additionally, the position includes administrative support of the development department, general office coordination and management of the reception desk. The ideal candidate will have one to three years? experience in administrative support; a proven history of managing multiple tasks and functions; excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; high degree of computer literacy; word processing, and database management; and an affinity for a fast-paced, product-oriented work environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a commitment to reproductive rights, women?s issues and progressive social policy. Knowledge of Catholicism desirable.
