Position Description: As a member of the Outreach Team, the Recruiting Advisor will research options for stipends, loan forgiveness, and other incentives for members of our organization. This position will function as a career advisor of sorts, and will be aware of programs that grant incentives for their volunteer work, qualifications that need to be met, and application procedures. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, enjoys helping others better themselves, and will benefit from such a program as well. As the job expands, this person has the opportunity to create and lead a team. |
