| Description: | In this new role, the Manager, Strategic Partnerships assists in the effort to increase and deepen relationships with existing national coalition partners and helps to identify and establish new strategic relationships with groups and individuals on behalf of both Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (PPAF). Existing coalition partners currently include labor unions, reproductive justice groups, health care provider groups, small business associations, African-American and Latino serving organizations, women's groups and civil right organizations. In coordination with the Director, Strategic Partnerships, the Manager will assist in building PPFA's profile with key groups and identify opportunities to collaborate and advance PFPA's strategic plan and priorities as well as coordinate coalition efforts across divisions internally. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships will also help identify opportunities for PPFA senior staff to engage and collaborate with other organizations and provide assistance to local Planned Parenthood affiliates in their partnership and coalition work. In advancing the strategic plan, particular focus will include supporting efforts related to PPFA's work in the South and building of regional coalition partnerships and programs.
