| Description: | The PA Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is currently seeking a seasoned accountant/comptroller with excellent management/supervisory skills to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management and supervision of the finance department. The Finance Director will be responsible for managing multiple Federal, State and other budgets, grants, and contracts; preparing various financial reports, payroll and taxes and developing and managing all accounting systems and procedures. Position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or business with a minimum of 7 years experience, 4 of which should be in a supervisory/management capacity. NON-PROFIT financial management experience is required. Must have experience in reports development, budget and grants management, payroll and benefits administration, A/R, A/P oversight and audit management. Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills are also required.
