| Description: | Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking applications for a Managing Director for their Information Services Division. This is a new position that is responsible for supporting the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the VP of the Information Services Division to ensure that the efforts of the division and the activities of the CIO and the VP are focused on ensuring successful implementation of the overall PPFA program plan and the division's business plan. The Managing Director will develop meeting strategies and track follow-up items, work with the VP to prioritize meeting and travel requests (schedule strategy), ensure the VP is prepared for meetings and visits, develop and oversee communications plan with affiliates, and complete special projects as assigned. The Managing Director will work closely with the CIO, the VP and division directors, as well as supervise administrative staff who support the VP and broader division.
