| Description: | The Director, Affiliate Clinical Operations Consulting serves as a project leader working closely with the Director of Affiliate Clinical Operations (Lead) within the Business Operations Team as a clinical consultant for affiliates. The Director provides consulting, technical assistance and training to affiliates in the areas of operations, clinical productivity analysis, practice management, customer service, medical management and financial analysis. Unique in this role will be leadership in the development of implementation plans and core metrics to be used Federation-wide, the close partnership with affiliates in implementing these plans and metrics, and the development of tools, trainings and systems for affiliates to promote best practices in these clinical operations areas. As part of an ambitious five-year strategic plan, the Business Operations Team is expanding its services to affiliates to include longer-term engagements which will range from operational assessments to on-the-ground implementations as jointly agreed by affiliates and PPFA.
