| Description: | Terra Strategies is looking for an individual dedicated to progressive causes to build a grassroots infrastructure as a Regional Director. We are working with the League of Conservation Voters to educated voters about the US Senate election in Massachusetts. Responsibilities: Help develop and oversee implementation of the field program Hire and train canvassers Manage team of canvassers within assigned region Manage regional portion of communication structure Will be working long days and weekends Qualifications Aggressive, detail oriented, and adaptive personality Ability to work under tight deadlines Strong time management skills Ability to work independently for long hours while maintaining good judgment Quality interpersonal skills Must live in, or be willing to relocate to the Boston area Must have a reliable car All employees will be salaried employees.
