As a key player on our Program Team, our Grants Manager ensures effective, efficient and compliant grantmaking processes, from application to outcomes analysis, for all of the Foundations grantmaking funds of over 2 million dollars. Bring your analytical and organizational skills to this role, where you will manage our grants database and application software (GIFTS/IGAM) and work with internal and external partners to support the mission, policies, goals and philosophy of the Women?s Foundation of California. In addition to having strong technical skills, you will need to think critically and creatively, and show a commitment to customer service through tact, dependability, diplomacy and flexibility.
