| Description: | Spruce Run Association, the domestic violence resource center serving Penobscot County, Maine, currently has an opening for a Residential Resources Coordinator. Candidates should enjoy working independently in a friendly, fast-paced, collectivist setting, and have a strong commitment to ending domestic abuse. The Residential Resources Coordinator joins a dynamic team in a small, well-established nonprofit organization. The primary role of this position is to manage the resources that provide Spruce Run?s residential services. This position is responsible for administration, program monitoring, reporting, evaluation and reapplication of Spruce Run?s residential program grants. Also, this position will act as liaison between Spruce Run and community partners, current/potential funders and direct-client donors whose missions are to address homelessness. Experience with grants management is desired. Experience working with people affected by abuse and with consensus decision-making is a plus. All Coordinators participate in crisis intervention, advocacy and community response work. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $30,800 per year plus generous benefits.
