| Description: | MIS DIRECTOR, Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape/National Sexual Violence Resource Center. FT/w benefits The MIS Director is responsible for managing all technology-related operations for PCAR and NSVRC. Primary functions include planning, day-to-day management, supervision of the IT team and consultants, budgeting, and planning for staff training needs. This position is a member of the management team and has responsibility for effective inter-departmental communication and understanding of the various teams? technological functions and needs. Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related field of study from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of five years related experience, preferably in a non-profit organization. This position requires expertise in a wide variety of technological functions, strong communication and leadership skills, problem-solving, team work, and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to the agency?s mission and values.
