Ina Coleman, Managing Director, Feminist Majority Foundation
Ina Coleman provides leadership in strategic planning, project management, marketing and operations. Currently, she is responsible for managing the expansion of the Girls Learn International program (GLI). GLI is committed to bringing the voices of U.S. students into the movement for universal girls’ education and promoting the active participation of girls and boys as agents of change. In the U.S., the program educates a new generation of middle and high school students to become leaders and advocates for social change, while raising their human rights awareness and cross-cultural understanding.
Coleman serves on Stanford University’s Council of the School of Humanities and Sciences and the university’s Advisory Board of the Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. She also serves on the Advisory Board of USC Annenberg’s Center on Communication Leadership and Policy. In addition, she is Chair of the Advisory Board at ERES, Inc, an educational consulting firm in Los Angeles. She also serves on the Ms. Magazine Advisory Board and the Advisory Board of Girls Learn International. Coleman has a B.A. in Communications from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
