CTC has an opportunity for a Senior Price-to-Win Analyst. This individual could work out of our office in Crystal City, VA or Johnstown, PA. SENIOR PRICE-TO-WIN ANALYST CTC requires a senior Price-to-Win Analyst to provide strategic pricing expertise to our Market Solutions Group. This position requires a unique blend of technical, business and strategic-thinking skills and the ability to work in a team environment to develop solutions geared toward today's competitive environment. The candidate selected will utilize best practices in cost and engineering models to develop PTW and design-to-cost recommendations. Key to success is the ability to utilize open-source business intelligence/competitive intelligence data in the formulation of independent recommendations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading PTW/strategic pricing solution development and recommendations working with capture and proposal managers, backed by models and research, support Basis of Estimate build-outs, have excellent team and leadership skills and be comfortable presenting findings to various levels within the organization. The successful candidate will participate in both the price-to-win/competitive analysis aspect and the cost proposal pricing and development processes as well as in all phases of the business development lifecycle to include opportunity assessment, capture planning, proposal planning, proposal development and post-submission activities. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the planning, development and implementation of PTW (both top-down and bottoms-up methods) and Competitive Intelligence (CI) strategies in the pursuit process for new business and task order proposals. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Engineering or closely-related field. - 6-8 years or more PTW/Strategic Pricing experience in government consulting, with track record of successfully pricing competitive solicitations. - Expertise with Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and Time and Materials pricing strategies. - Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) with respect to pricing and pricing methods acceptable to the federal government. - Detailed experience in cost modeling and Basis of Estimate preparation. - Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Office suite. - Expertise in competitive market intelligence and analysis.
