Cerritos College in California has raised over $16,000 to attend Expo 2000! The Leadership Alliance at Cerritos researched and prepared a comprehensive portfolio. Their professional work was recognized by both the administration and the Student Government, each of whom contributed a large portion of the funding. Members of the Portland State University Leadership Alliance have designed Feminist Magnets with favorite feminist quotes – a unique and creative way to raise money for their chapter. They are now selling the magnets 3 for a dollar at all of their events to raise awareness and promote feminism! The St. Lawrence Leadership Alliance is raising money to attend Feminist Expo 2000 through an “Adopt-A-Feminist” campaign!The Leadership Alliance at the University of Delaware is also preparing to launch an “Adopt-A-Feminist” campaign this semester.
