Lady Foot Locker, Reebok Aid Domestic Violence Fund

As part of a sales promotion and benefit for the Family Violence Prevention Fund, sporting goods giants Lady Foot Locker and Reebok will donate $5 from the $74.99 purchase price of Reebok’s new “Leader DMX 2X” walking shoe from April 5 to May 15.

The Family Violence Prevention Fund has worked to end domestic violence using public education and changes to child welfare, immigration, public health, and criminal justice laws and policies. The Fund estimates that as many as 4 million women are beaten by their male husbands or partners each year.

Lady Foot Lockers has been involved in the fight to stop domestic violence for more than a decade and has sponsored 5K races benefitting battered women’s shelters in cities across the country.
