Stars Gather for V-Day Benefit to End Violence

February 10 at Madison Square Garden, more than 70 of the world’s most celebrated women, including Oprah Winfrey, Queen Latifah, Winona Ryder, Rosie Perez, and Calista Flockhart, will gather on stage for a one-night-only performance of Eve Ensler’s Obie award-winning play, “The Vagina Monologues,” with special musical and dance performances. All proceeds from V-Day 2001 will benefit the V-Day Fund, which distributes money to local, national and international organizations and programs working to end violence against women. Tickets for the Benefit Performance are priced at $25, $50, $100 and $250 and are available through Ticket Master at (212) 307-7171.
